Vaisala has signed a contract to deliver radiosondes to its long-term customer. The deliveries start at the end of 2014 and will be completed during the summer of 2018. The value of the deal is EUR 11.0 million.<br /> <br /> Radiosondes are meteorological devices that are used to measure pressure, temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction in the upper atmosphere.
