Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. , Canada 's largest drugmaker, is close to acquiring Bausch & Lomb Holdings Inc., the eye-care company owned by Warburg Pincus LLC, for about $9 billion, according to a person familiar with the negotiations.
