Potential Taranaki farm buyers and vendors alike are adopting a cautious approach to the rural real estate market this season, agents say. Faced with easing prices for stock and the low dairy payout, first farm buyers in Taranaki are not in abundance this season, says First National Mills & Gibbon co-owner Owen Mills, of Stratford.
