Verdict reached in murder-for-hire plot trial

After a few hours of deliberations, the jury in the murder-for-hire trial of Gregory Allen Hess has found Hess not guilty of solicitation to commit murder and criminal use of a communication facility. Judge Thomas H. Kelley VI presided over the case.
