Verizon to Preload Lyft App on Some Android Devices

Lyft and Verizon announced a brand-new partnership today that will give Lyft drivers a few extra perks. In return, Verizon has agreed to preload the Lyft app on some Android devices it sells, giving the ride-sharing company a valuable leg up on its considerable competition.
