Employing vertical pick-up lathe, VL 2 is intended for automated, precision production processes involved with manufacture of chucked components that have 100 mm dia max and 150 mm length max. Manufacturing technologies for soft and hard machining, plus complete automation system, are standard, and pick-up spindle ensures machine loads itself. Other features include polymer concrete MINERALIT® base, 12-station tool turret, and integral conveyor belt that accommodates up to 24 workpieces.<br />
