Gulas has assembled a group of real estate agents who closed on $43 million worth of homes in 2014 to form Brik Realty. "We are really thrilled to be able to create this exciting, technology driven company," said Gulas , a 2011 BBJ Top 40 Under 40 honoree who previously worked at RealtySouth.
