Victory Brewing celebrates birthday with Anniversary 20 Experimental IPA release

Victory Brewing Company recently announced that they are marking their 20th anniversary with the release of Anniversary 20 Experimental IPA , a "sessionable" IPA brewed with the use of the newly created Idaho 7 hop. Anniversary 20 Experimental IPA starts with a light base of Pilsner and Carapils malts to properly highlight the brewery's use of a rare, yet-to-be-named hop simply known as Idaho 7. This hop has been recently developed in a remote part of Idaho known as the "shelf", a low mesa in the western portion of the state with soil and climate conditions perfect for growing hops.
