Featuring built-in Web server, SNMP support, and ability to add optional redundant power supply, URC-4000 leverages approach to input and resolution conversion which uses spatiotemporal frame interpolation to detect changes in images on pixel-by-pixel basis. Any distortions from conversions are reduced, and resolution of still image areas is restored. Multi-scale nonlinear enhancement further improves resolution.
