Volkswagen hires Daimler's executive for integrity

Volkswagen AG said Friday that Daimler AG executive Christine Hohmann-Dennhardt will become its management board member for integrity and legal affairs, the latest step in its attempts to curb the impact of emissions manipulations. Ms. Hohmann-Dennhardt, who has a similar role at Daimler, will assume the position at Volkswagen at the beginning of 2016.
