Operating at 3,200 MHz with control voltage of 0.5~4.5 V, Model CVCO55CC-3200-3200 features output power of +5 dBm and typical phase noise of -112 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset. Input voltage is 8 V, with max current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3 MHz and 0.1 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -12 dBc typical. Housed in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, VCO is suited for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, and satellite communications systems.
