Along with control voltage range of 0.3–4.9 V, CVCO55CCQ-3500-3500 features typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset. Output power is +6 dBm typ, input is 5 V typ, and current consumption is 27 mA typ. Supplied in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, VCO features -12 dBc typ second harmonic suppression as well as respective pulling and pushing minimized to 0.3 and 0.1 MHz/V. Areas of use include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satcom systems, and base stations.
