Octave tuning VCO features typical phase noise of -103 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset and average tuning sensitivity of 147 MHz/V. Housed in MINI-16-LOW package measuring 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.16 in., RoHS-compliant device delivers typical output power of 6 dBm into 50 Ω load while operating from 12 Vdc supply and drawing 24 mA.
