Compatible with smartphones running Android 4.0 OS and above, RDA8860 integrates RF transceiver, WCDMA modem, EDGE modem, application processor, power management unit, analog baseband, and 32 kHz oscillator on one 40 nm die. SoC is built around 1 GHz ARM® Cortex™-A5 processor with 256 KB L2 cache and uses 400 MHz, 32-bit LPDDR2 memory that supplies 3.2 GB bandwidth.
