ABS-CBN: The World Wildlife Fund (WWF) condemned Japan, Australia and Canada for "undermining progress" and "creating uncertainty" at the United Nations (UN) climate change conference in Warsaw, Poland. On Friday, the Japanese government announced that it would change its voluntary emissions target. However, instead of increasing its target, Japan lowered its greenhouse gases emissions target. Australia also signaled a possible weakening of its target range, and started a repeal of its domestic carbon...
