Walmart Neighborhood Grocery planned for Valleydale Marketplace

Located in the former Winn-Dixie part of the shopping center at Valleydale Road and Caldwell Mill Road, the boutique grocery store is under construction and is expected to open by the end of 2014. Kyle Nageleisen, who is in charge of leasing the Valleydale Marketplace for Midland Atlantic, said the grocer will be a key component of the center and the trade area.
