Waukesha, WI&mdash;Walter USA, a leading manufacturer of cutting tools has announced the appointment of Kim Seidelman to Managing Director and Jeff Kraez to National Sales Director.<br /> <br /> The announcement was made by Muff Tanriverdi, President of Walter Americas.
