A Cermak Fresh Market grocery and a neighboring apartment and retail building in Walker's Point took another step closer to a planned spring construction start on Monday. Wangard Partners Inc. proposes the $47.7 million development on a former industrial site at East Greenfield Avenue and South First Street.
