Berkshire Hathaway has closed the acquisition of the Van Tuyl Group, the fifth largest retailers in the US with 81 stores in 10 states. Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett closed the deal and the company renamed the dealer group Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. Larry Van Tuyl, son of the founder, will stay on as the companys new chairman.
