Signs of impending doom struck right out of the gate as co-host Marianne McClary referred to the "Paper Towns" actress as "Carla." Delevingne looked perturbed but forced a smile -- even as the same host asked if she had taken the time to read John Green's novel before starring in the "Paper Towns" adaptation, directed by Berkeley native Jake Schreier.
