The Watertown City School District is a year behind on its proposed $12 million capital project, while other districts in the Jefferson-Lewis area are continuing their projects and are on track to finish, at the latest, next summer. The district's plans for a capital project, in the planning stage for two years, are highlighted by a districtwide Wi-Fi network and the replacement of a large building overlooking the football field outside Harold T. Wiley Intermediate School.
