Utilizing GaAs Schottky Barrier Beam lead diodes, Waveguide Detectors exhibit optimum performance in Ka, Q, U, V, E, and W frequency bands. Units are zero biased, so no external DC bias or mechanical tuning is required. Input ports use waveguide sizes from WR-28 to WR-10, while video output ports utilize SMA female connectors. Featuring rugged steel construction, thermally stable devices operate from 0–50°C with voltage sensitivity levels ranging from -600 mV/mW to -3,000 mV/mW.
