'We have needs,' school chief says of ballot proposal

Livonia resident Fred Mack had questions about the school bond proposal that he and other voters in the Livonia Public Schools district will decide in a special election May 7. Mack said he had concerns about the 30-year, $195 million proposal, so he attended a bond information meeting Thursday night at Franklin High School.
