Here is our update on the Edmonton real estate market. . For the past 7 days: New Listings: 368 # Sales: 258 Ratio: 70% # Price Changes: 232 # Expired/Off Market Listings: 161 Net loss/gain in listings this week: -51 Active single family home listings: 2463 Active condo listings: 1421 Homes 4-week running average: $432k Condos 4-week running average: $254k Looking at the chart it seems sales are lagging behind last year's numbers - that's a little surprising to me seeing how far ahead we were last month and the level of activity we're seeing at our office.
