According to the firm, the facility replaces an existing one with Wells Fargo Bank NA and Bank of America NA. The new five-year agreement increases the company's borrowing capacity to USD 150m, from USD 100m previously, and provides for an accordion feature of up to USD 100m, from USD 25m previously.
