As usual, I'll commence by covering the Group's performance highlights, then I'll be followed by the Group divisional managing directors who will each provide a performance summary and outlook for their respective divisions, and then Terry Bowen will provide commentary on the performance of other businesses, balance sheet, cash flows, and I'll conclude with a brief outlook for the Group, and then there'll be plenty of opportunities for questions at the end of the formal briefing. So I'm moving through to Slide 4 on the financial highlights.
