The Western Michigan University Board of Trustees approved the $400,000 purchase of an aircraft hangar for the university's College of Aviation at a meeting Wednesday. The purchase price of the hangar, located near other College of Aviation buildings at the W.K. Kellogg Regional Airfield in Battle Creek, is $400,000 and will include a long-term land lease with the city of Battle Creek.
