Someone fraudulently obtained and used a victim's credit card number to make several unauthorized retail purchases between Dec. 9, 2015, and Jan. 12. The purchases totaled $607.30 and were made in Ohio and New York. Kenneth M. Chin, 25 of the 300 block of N. Malden Avenue in La Grange Park, was stopped Jan. 24 for speeding over the posted limit at Forest and Ogden avenues.
