INDIANAPOLIS &ndash; ALTEX Wire and Cable&rsquo;s Vice President of Business Development Rick Bromm has been elected to the role of chairman of the board of directors for the Wiring Harness Manufacturer&rsquo;s Association (WHMA). Bromm is a 26-year veteran of ALTEX, a custom manufacturer of wire harness and cable assemblies.
