Utilizing SuperTan® hybrid cathode technology, Model HE4 achieves ESR down to 0.025 Ω at +25°C and 1 kHz. Unit is housed in all-tantalum, hermetically sealed case with double seal to withstand stress and hazardous environments of military and aerospace applications. Offered in A, B, and C case codes, HE4 operates over temperature range of -55 to +85°C (to +125°C with voltage derating), and features ±20% standard capacitance tolerance at 120 Hz and +25°C.
