What Does an Energy Control Center Operator (ECCO) Do?

The previous blog (http://tdworld.com/blog/life-energy-control-center-operator-ecco) explained what an ECCO does briefly, what’s unique about ECCOs and the stresses and importance of their job. I was asked to write about what ECCO does during non-emergency conditions.
