What a waste - landfill intake nearly doubles

Earlier this year, city council approved the construction of a new cell at the city's landfill, Cell D, as well as the submission of a permit amendment to the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality for the consolidation of the existing cells in an effort to increase volume and maximize space.
