In recognition of Fire Prevention Week, which is observed Oct. 5-11, Cintas Corporation commissioned a study to determine how often Americans test their household fire alarms. The study revealed that 90 percent of U.S adults don't test their alarms monthly, as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association .
