In a letter sent to Russian authorities the Department of Commerce gave 60 days notice of the termination, saying anti-dumping duties will apply beginning Dec. 16, according to Reuters . The previous agreement sheltered Russian steel companies from duties up to 184.56% on hot-rolled, flat-rolled, carbon quality steel.
