Wichita Falls revisits water reuse

Impending stage 4 water restrictions - when all nonessential water use will be banned - could be just the thing that gets Wichita Falls residents over the "yuck factor." The city will likely move into stage 3 restrictions soon, and the much more stringent stage 4 could be here by early summer.
