With 86100D-9FP PAM-N analysis software, 86100D DCA-X oscilloscope offers measurement capability that helps engineers characterize PAM-4 (pulse amplitude modulation with 4 amplitude levels) signals. Software provides analysis of optical and electrical PAM-4 signals and offers specific measurements pertaining to eye width/height/skew, level amplitude/noise/skew, as well as amplitude level linearity. PAM-4 option may be combined with DCA-X software options for enhanced analysis.
