Supplied in QFN-10 and TSSOP-8 packages footprint compatible with industry standard synthesizers, XR811xx series offers output frequencies from 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz with ultra-low phase noise jitter of <200 fS. Synthesizer design utilizes flexible delta-sigma modulator and wide-ranging VCO in PLL block, and core current consumption is 20 mA. PLL can operate from either input system clock or crystal and incorporates both integer divider and high-resolution (<1 Hz) fractional divider.
