Based on monolithic Integrated Laser Mach-Zender (ILMZ) chip, tunable SFP+ module can reduce size and power consumption for 10G connections while supporting network operator capacity requirements as driven by data-heavy network applications. Solution supports multi-rate operation from 9.95–11.3 Gbps at 1.5 W and 70°C while delivering optimized OSNR tolerance. Fully compliant to SFP MSA form factor, module is tunable across full C-band with 96 channels on ITU-T 50 GHz grid. This story is related to the following:Laser Modules
