Supplied in 32-pin, 5 x 5 mm QFN package, LMX2581 integrates multi-core VCO that allows output frequencies from 50–3,760 MHz and also gives designers option to bypass internal multi-core VCO in favor of external VCO. Phase detector frequency of 200 MHz and PLL normalized phase noise of -229 dBc/Hz provides precision local oscillator to RF front end for optimal receiver sensitivity. Also included, Delta-sigma PLLatinum™ PLL engine offers 200 MHz phase detector frequency.
