The Nordstrom Tower, shown far left in this rendering of the range of new buildings going up south of Central Park, as seen from the Top of the Rock. Set to be built at 217 West 57th Street, the Nordstrom Tower was already slated to become New York City's tallest residential building , with the first six floors occupied by the city's first Nordstrom store.
