William F. Caprara is known as a car dealer, but he's about to add restaurateur to his resume after buying the former Harbor Inn. The co-owner of F.X. Caprara Auto Sales, who recalled when the restaurant at 13471 County Route 123 was a bustling destination on Lake Ontario, plans to revive the seasonal establishment by investing about $300,000 in a complete makeover that will include the reconstruction of docks.
