Williams Partners LP (NYSE: WPZ) priced a public offering totaling $1.5 billion of its senior notes, the company said Feb. 27.Two groups, the 4.3% notes due 2024 and the 5.4% notes due 2044, are priced at 99.791% of par and 99.676% of par, respectively, the company said.Of the two groups, $1 billion in 4.3% and $500 million in 5.4% were priced and offered, the company said.Net proceeds will repay outstanding debt under the partnerships commercial paper program, but also fund capex and general purposes, the company said.The offer is scheduled to settle March 4, the company noted.Joint book-running managers were BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, the company said.Tulsa-based Williams Partners LP is a master limited partnership focused on U.S. natural gas.
