Windstream Holdings, Inc. announced today that its wholly owned-subsidiaries, Windstream Services, LLC and PAETEC Holding, LLC , are calling for redemption certain of their outstanding notes on May 27, 2015. Windstream is calling all of the approximately $400 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 8.125% Senior Notes due 2018 at a redemption price payable in cash that is equal to $1,040.63 per $1,000 principal amount of the WIN Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
