Wine-cola drink? Kroger will carry it soon

Cincinnati-based Kroger Co., the nation's largest operator of traditional supermarkets, has signed a deal with Sonoma County, Calif.-based Truett-Hurst Inc. to exclusively sell its ready-to-drink craft wine beverages.
