Forest City, Iowa-based Winnebago Industries Inc. announced William Dickey has joined the company as service district manager for the northwestern United States and western Canada. According to a press release, Dickey is responsible for assisting dealers in building a strong service and parts operation with an emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction, as well as recommending and promoting training for service and parts personnel.
