Wireless Industry Survey Says Users Simply Adore Zero Rating -

The wireless industry's chief lobbying apparatus, the CTIA, is pushing a study this week claiming that the vast majority of consumers really love zero rating -- or the act of exempting some content from wireless usage caps. According to the survey, 94% of Millennials were more likely to try to a new online service if it was a part of free data offering.
