Wisconsin home sales slip in January but prices rise

According to a housing market analysis by the Wisconsin Realtors Association, home sales in Wisconsin dropped 3.7 percent last month compared with the same time last year. But the organization's chairman, Dan Kruse, notes that January is typically the group's slowest month for home sales.
