Woman Sues UPS For Christmas Wreck

A woman crushed by a United Parcel Service delivery truck just before Christmas filed a lawsuit Thursday against the company and the driver, Gabriel Garcia. The plaintiff, Erin Hinner, was walking across Ashland Avenue at Central Street on Dec. 22, 2014 when Garcia turned onto Ashland at hit her.
