Woodbury County leaders look to better serve rural cities

Sioux City has seen significant economic growth over the last few years and Woodbury County leaders say its time for surrounding cities to capitalize on it. "They have housing opportunities and this is a great opportunity for these communities to grow," said David Gleiser, Woodbury County rural economic development director.
