Work force, tax issues still looming for Ohio's manufacturers

The health of Ohio's manufacturing industry gets a solid "B" in a national report card, but it comes up short in one of the most important areas - human capital. The "C-" grade that Ohio received in that category is the state's lowest on the 2015 Manufacturing & Logistics Report Card produced by the Center for Business and Economic Research at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
